The goal of the guided reproducibility tutorial is to help BVCN participants get a sense of the challenge and state of reproducibility in bioinformatics without requiring that they embark on actually replicating their own computational project from start to finish.

The guided tutorial is designed to help you through the process of understanding how science is done and how it may be reproduced using different tools, from start to finish. There will be no final deliverables for completing this tutorial, but feel free to fork the GitHub repository for this guided tutorial and continue the exploration on your own, if you feel inclined.
